This is a clip from the Star Trek deleted scenes. Spock was originally supposed to quit the Enterprise crew and degenerate into a washed-up old hobo who occasionally gathers enough spare change to trip out and sing songs about hobbits with 6th graders. I can see why they decided to just kill him off.
